Biography Madilyn’s project focuses on characterizing newly identified cellular genes that compensate for a decrease in viral transforming genes in Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive lymphomas. Her aim is to uncover how previously unidentified genes affect EBV-positive lymphoma growth and can be substituted functionally by EBV.

Biography Carstyn is investigating FGFR1 as a driver of metastasis in a subset of ER+ BC and testing the hypothesis that FGFR1 amplification and overexpression enhance the metastatic properties of MG-1 and luminal B breast cancers

Biography Ruchi’s project is focused on evaluating the CAF phenotypes and VCAN proteolysis as biomarkers of the ability of the immune cells to infiltrate the TME and identify means by which to therapeutically intervene in these processes to enhance T cell infiltration in cancers.

Biography Daeun’s project aims to determine the timing of tumor-specific vaccination with PSMA-targeting RPT on eliciting anti-tumor immunity in the murine prostate cancer models.
